At Obsidian Digital Designs, we don't like surprises. We want to be as transparent as possible in sharing our prices. Because we are a new business that is trying to establish itself in the market, our prices are currently notably lower than our competitors while we build our portfolio. While our current discounted prices may not be sustainable long-term, now is a great time to hire our services if you are looking to build up or refresh any of your business' digital designs.

As of 2023, our current hourly rate is $40 per hour*. We offer a reduction of rate to $35/hour to non-profits, military, veterans, and other helping organizations. If you have questions about whether you qualify for a discount, please contact us. 

 

*To clients that got in during our launch period (April 15, 2023 - July 15, 2023), we are offering a massively discounted rate of $35 per hour for services provided through the remainder of 2023 as a "Thank You" for your support.

For all services, save a new website or complete website overhaul, we will charge you at the end of each month for time spent on your project. Therefore, if you have a budget, it is important to share this with us so that we may keep your project in budget. For a new website/overhaul, we will draft a complimentary price estimate so you may decide if our services are right for you. We do request half be paid up front for new websites or complete redesigns.

Unlike many other companies that charge a fixed monthly retainer fee, we only charge for actual work completed. Therefore, if there is a month where you do not require our services, you will not incur any charges. Also of note:
1. We only begin charging you once we've hit 15 minutes of work (anything less is free).

2. If you have a specific monthly cap, we will stop working once we've reached that limit.

Additionally, Since we are trying to build up a client base and portfolio, for months where you actively help advertise, such as by sharing social media posts or referrals, Obsidian Digital Designs can offer you additional price cuts. At Obsidian Digital Designs, we value building long-term relationships above all, and additional price cuts are one way we can repay our gratitude for your partnership and support.
